so I went to sprint to get a phone... turns out the phone is used. had someone elses email account, photos, and call history.the pics on it show the xmas tree at times square... the last calls are from april. wtf mate, I thought im suppose to get a new phone. plus the house charger was missing. I will be going back monday, but I didn't know if this was a new thing

yeah i loved going to a sprint store. turned out the kids working there stole my info and racked up 700 dollars in fees. took forever to get sprint to do something about it. funny how an automated billing system can fuck up too. 150 messages at 20 cents a message....60 dollars on my bill? thanks guys, good work.[Edited on June 29, 2008 at 11:15 AM. Cingular reps weren't that much better ordering via phone. Called to order service and wanted the 'Home 50 Plan' (at the time, their smallest min/price plan). When I received the first bill, I was signed up for the 'Home 15' Plan..., but apparently they can charge you for the 50 and only allow you 15 minutes per month.Needless to say, a plan switch occurred.This sounds like the employees are packaging up returns and putting them in the wrong section maybe? Porn on the camera kinda sounds intentional though.

I've had nothing but good experience with Sprint. Their customer service always takes care of me.IMO, 90% of the complaints against cellular providers are problems people caused for themselves. Just go back to the Sprint store and they'll sort things out.

the only sprint store I Could find that seems to know what the hell they are doing is the one in cary off walnut St. Everytime Ive had issues with my phone I take it back to them now.
