My roommate and I are looking for a 2 bedroom, preferably 2 bathroom (but a 1.5 bathroom will also do) in the Raleigh or Cary area. Our lease is up the last week in July and we are looking to moved in between July 22 and July 27. We are looking for something under $725 a month and prefer the western Raleigh area (Western Blvd, Raleigh/Cary border) or the downtown area. We are also open to the North Raleigh area but are trying to stay away from mini-city and the far end of Capital Blvd. We are both quiet, responsible, low maintenance tenants with full time jobs. We prefer a 2 story apartment (townhome style) but we're also open to garden style. We currently have no pets and no children.

1100 sq. ft. for 720ish, two bedrooms (spare that can be a second bedroom). 1.5 baths.

Decent place, but bring your Spanish dictionary.
