Hey all, I am currently living in a 4/5 BR House on Brent Road - nicest/biggest on the street, we have been living here for a happy 2 years but we are trying to sublet out july = 1 month sublet + preferably 12 month lease for the next school year.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and private balconies.
4 bedroom
4 bath
Living Room
Kitchen
2 finished bonus rooms in basement
Walk up floored attic
Disposal
Dishwasher
2-car garage + additional private parking
Washer/Dryer included

Reason why it is 4/5 bedrooms and not just 4 is the people before us and our neighbors last year let their 5th roomate have the 2 basement rooms and the bathroom down there.

Rent is $1525 before utilities but it is a HUGE house with lots of parking out back, 2 garages + extra room out back. Wolfline accessible, bottom of brent road, not a far walk. The balconies are sweet overlooking the woods, if you are familiar with the kaplan disc golf course hole 13 is right behind our house (30 sec walking literally). Also, we have had a good share of 100-200 people 1-3 keg parties, never had a cop show up once (sound is blocked by hill).

House looks pretty baller, is it a duplex?..... if it is what are the neighbors like? Me and two other guys are looking for a place, if we can find one or two more people we'd probably be interested
