12 gallon Eclipse fish tank & black wrought iron stand
includes the filter, biowheel. (& heater if I can find it)
glass tank. Good condition. Filter works great! I've used it for a few years and never had a problem with it. Great for an office.

"The high-performance Eclipse Rite-Size Filter Cartridge and patented Marineland BIO-Wheel provide total mechanical, chemical and biological filtration, ensuring 100% water-to-media contact for excellent water quality."

stand has a bit of rust on it. I can clean it up and spray paint it black if you'd prefer.

I can get pictures up tonight.

$75 OBO

Surfer Boy...are you trying to rip her off just as you're trying to rip me off?!

No, I just don't want to spend a lot of money on something I might fail at. The post clearly says OBO. I put in the highest amount I was willing to spend and it just happens to be the best offer so far.

I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I'm just trying to keep my investment as minimal as possible so I won't be in the same situation as you where you have $300+ invested in something you can't get $100 out of. Sorry you're losing sleep b/c of it.

Making a lowball offer is hardly trying to rip someone off. It's not difficult to say "no thanks."

while it doesn't hurt to make an offer... I'm not going to sell this for $30. If you can't afford that how are you going to afford the upkeep of a tank?

I can afford the upkeep, I just didn't want to have a lot invested in a tank (especially when it's used). I'm sorry you got drug into Hankypank's PMSing b/c he recieved a bid lower than his asking price on a product nobody seemed interested in. I offered a reasonable $50 on a $100 item. I can't imagine what he would do if he got the typical bids of $2 and $4.

Enjoy the tank XCchik and let me know if you ever get tired of it and want to sell it for lower. Until then, I think I'll just get a goldfish

I think it's quite clear that this guy is trying to rip people off by knowing that he could persuade someone to sell an item at a low price and then resell the item at a higher price. I'm quite familiar with that tactic, and your post history does indicate that you have that tactic. So why should anyone be foolish enough to fall for your tactic when they should know that eventually time will find a person interested in your item?

thanks for all the bumps guys

The tank is still available. $50 is the lowest I'm willing to go.
This setup would cost around $150 new and it runs great.
