So I want to be able to search google like I'm in another city.
We have a google sponsored site and I just wanna see if it shows up in charlotte for example without me actually going to charlotte

Well, if you knew of a proxy server that was located near charlotte you could use that and it would register as if it were from charlotte. Proxy servers are usually listed as anonymous though so unless you set up the server yourself you'll have a hard time figuring out which ones are located where (if you're trying to see how well something tracks a location).
