kurt cobain, just so i wouldnt have to listen to shitty ass foo fighters(outside of everlong)wait, id want it to where cobain never died, so foo fighters were never created

2pac, or the black Michael Jackson.I'd love to see what 2pac would have done in the late 90s early 2000 as mainstream rap turned to complete crap. Man...think of the shit he would have said about Bush in the past eight years. He would probably would have gotten shot by the government before some gang member (or the Police ).

the entirety of "colour and the shape" is an incredible album. I mean everlong is good but the record as a whole is phenomenal. I enjoy it better than any nirvana album. Even the first album and there is nothing left to lose are pretty good records.oh and, i really enjoy elliot smith, but he is still very overrated.[Edited on June 5, 2008 at 8:26 AM. Reason : ]

6/5/2008 10:55:50 AM
Dimebag would be on my short list too
6/5/2008 10:56:06 AM
if it were a question of who i wish would have never died, then i think the answer would have likely been kurt cobain (because i think he had better music in him, and don't really like that he has been idolized for what likely would not have been his best work).as far as who i'd like to see brought back to life: i think jimi hendrix would be my front-runner, just because i think he would adapt to the current times and bring his own flavor to it the most.
6/5/2008 11:00:21 AM
Bob Marley should probably be on the list too
6/5/2008 11:25:20 AM
Ian Curtis hasn't been mentioned yet?
6/5/2008 11:54:00 AM
I'd probably say Jeff Buckley since he had so much potential and was cut so shortsometimes when I listen to his music I think of what a tragedy it is that he diedI would say John Bonham but Led Zeppelin was losing its edge by that time anyway
6/5/2008 11:57:07 AM
for my indie cred i'll put michael dahlquist, mostly because he seemed like a good guy who was killed by some dumbfuck drunk driver
