...and had injuries done to their back? i was in one three weeks ago...dumbass driver hit a tree going 45. i got a 25% compressed disc in my mid back and a fractured vertebrae. everything else will probably heal.

just wanted to hear some positive stories if there are any out there, esp. if they have to do with bad back injuries and how you went about rehabbing the damage.
