It's speed trap day again, Charlie Brown! Just a reminder that the po-po will be out in full force this weekend looking for speeders and drunks. If you see any piggies hiding out, in Raleigh or out on the interstate, post them here and give fellow TWW users a heads-up.

It's a little early in the day, but I'm sure it'll pick up soon. Last year Raleigh was infested with cop cars, I counted maybe 9 just on a trip to Wal-Mart in the daytime.

I-95! Was going South on I-95 Thursday and noticed lots more law enforcement than normal.

Wonder how many will be actual cops and how many will be decoys though? The state troopers are notorious for leaving empty cars parked in spots where it looks like they could be clocking people as a kind of psychological deterrent...don't know if any other states do that though or if it's primarily NCHP.

Just look out for a BROWN and tan crown vic with "Oak City" cab on the side in Raleigh... there is no such cab company and this thing sits on the side of roads and clocks.

Gorman had a MASSIVE trap right at the 35MPH sign the last "enforcement weekend".
