dude FUCK that company. I had gotten a pair of front struts for my car from them and had them delivered to my mechanic. He let me know that I also needed a new towbar assembly as mine was a bit bent, and when he went to change the towbar that was delivered he noticed the front struts that Auto Parts Warehouse sent were wrong.

Their customer service were real assholes about it. They gave me the option to return the parts, but YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING which they don't refund, and they won't refund your purchase while they're waiting for the parts to arrive, it takes almost a month to process the return. So I've got several hundred bucks worth of worthless parts sitting in limbo and this shitty outsourced foreign customer service chick from India tells me I can buy some of the RIGHT parts in the meantime. I would've punched that moron if she'd have been standing in front of me, what a horrible company.
