no but I'm on the top floor, don't have anybody below me and the person next to me has loud music, so its got to be the one across

also its a crazy bitch who thinks I'm saying shit about her, I got a note in broken english a few weeks back that said something to the effect of

'don't make calls out to me. don't say stupid, I'm not stupid.'

I've been here a year and I see this woman maybe once a month lol, not to mention in the past four months I've not even been here but for maybe 3 weeks of worth of time
