So this chick has consensual sex with a 23 year old when she's 15 years and 11 months of age.

under a strict interpretation of law, she's only 15 and can't give consent.

judge used reasoning and said that her consent was lawful because she was close to 16.


my interpretation of the events:

apparently she thinks that if you have sex right before you turn legal age, you can use that as an excuse to call it rape.

Yea i got a drinking tix about 2 weeks before my 21st. Got out of it without a lawyer. Had a written statement signed by witnesses detailing the 'event'. My rights were infrigned which ultimately became the concern and the entire thing was dropped.

This raep thing is just sad. If its true that this girl used the timing as leverage on this fella then its horrible. She should be charged with some sort of lying under oath or whatnot.

First, how lame is it to complain about poverty over a webcam? But yeah, sounds like she regrets her decision and wants to give up responsibility on a technicality. What I find interesting is that it probably would've worked in a state with a higher aoc.
