They're always tinkering with it and then it screws up the stuff I look at during lunch.

Today I can't look at anything past page 1 on a Chit Chat thread. It's blocked under the filter "page scan."

try logging off and then logging back on. Sometimes the screens are user specific based on cumulative behavior, or so our IT guy tells us. The system is usually automated (ours is) and resets after a log-off unless you have been scanning shit on stuff like porn, bomb-making, etc.
