I'm going Memorial Day weekend and I can't wait! I'll be staying at my grandparents' condo, Station 1, on S. Lumina Ave. My favorite things about Wrightsville include the great eateries (Dockside, King Neptune's, Trolley Stop), and being able to walk to most of the places I like to go, like Wings, the restaurants, bars (no DWI's!), and the little mom & pop grocery. It's also so much less seedy and overgrown than Myrtle.

Word...Neptunes and Trolley Stop rock. Check out Bluewater Grill and sit on the deck for lunch if you're price conscious or dinner if you don't mind spending $25 or so per person. It's on the waterway right after you come over the bridge to Wrightsville (on the right). Awesome food...Some of the best lump crab cakes I've had.
