i now have hold music and an IVR on my home phone

plus the ability to have hold queues and intercom throughout my house

now off to ebay to buy more phones!



i can't think of a situation in which i'd NEED any of the above... but it's fun
also entertaining to put telemarketers and cable company CSRs on hold

trixbox takes like an hour to install/configure, if that

plus i'm procrastinating... studying is bleh :\
