Need a room mate because I'm tired of paying all this rent myself.

$425 which includes cable, hi-speed wireless internet, water and parking pass at Rhyne's Gate. Electricity averages about $50 a month.

Yeah, beethead got it right. My extra bathroom is a brewery equipment storage facility for the time being.
