I ate breakfast at 6:50 this morning. Bowl of cereal and mini bagel with peanut butter. And I'm already starting to get hungry? it hasn't even been 3 hours yet. Last night I split a cookout tray and had a small free B&J cone and didn't get hungry at all (4-5 hours into the night till sleep). i was actually completely and noticeably full for at least 2-3 hrs. anyone else have this happen? all I'm doing is sitting at a computer all morning. hell, standing in line for ice cream was more strenuous.

fat slows your digestive tract down, last night you had a high fat meal. This morning you didn't if you want to feel fuller longer eat more fiber in the AM. You are okay!

^ i figured it was something like that. trying to get more fibre, yet cheerios dont cut it i suppose. usually eat shredded wheat or bunches-o-oats or similar. sometimes granola. trying not to get Fiber-Os, but meh. so, should i eat my week-old bacon and potato soup for lunch, or pony up the $5 for something a little healthier? damnit, i wish this country wasnt so fat-oriented. why cant the cheapest of the cheap (mcdees) be something halfway healthy like rice&beans or frozen veggies and soy sauce? they have to go complicated with cheese, beef, bread and sugar.
