I'm posting for my landlord who owns a duplex off of Western that's .25 miles past K-mart across from the fire station. This is a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom side of the duplex. Rent is $290/month per room plus utilities. Currently there are four rooms available as of June 1. One of the current tenants is planning on staying throughout the next school year. I think the landlord may be interested in having the rooms filled just for the summer months if necessary, but if someone is looking for housing for the next school year this is a pretty good deal. I don't have any pics of the interior right now... I am planning on moving some of my stuff over tomorrow to my side of the duplex but will try to grab some pictures of the side that is available while I'm there. If I get them, I'll post them up tomorrow.
