The one in Cary is ok. The manager is nice and will bring you special orders if they don't have it out.

the cary cici's is definitely the worst of the chain .. the one in north raleigh and the one in fuquay are much better. but it's still not terrible

Ummm the CiCi's in Cary is DISGUSTING and run down!!!! I went one time (my first time) with my roommate, and IT SUCKED! The pizza tasted horrible and they didn't have the "salad bar" that they advertise andddd no desserts! YUCK!! Milano's FTW in Garner!!!!!!

I always had a quality dinner at that place when I was a broke college student. I recommend loading up with pizza then adding some ranch to it all from the salad bar
