At the end of May I will have one room available to rent either for the summer or for an entire year till next May. The location is two blocks away from main campus on the corner of Clark Ave and Chamberlain St.
The apartment has:
2 bedrooms
one bathroom
living room
full kitchen, and a small eating area.
I would prefer a female roommate.
The rent is $347.50 which includes everything but electricity and internet, and
those together usually runs around $30.
