one Bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 town house available for the summer.
one bedroom is a study, the other is occupied by a final year grad student and a small dog.
rent 332.50 + half of utilities etc.
must be relatively quite, responsible, and mature.
located very close to campus, corner gorman and avent ferry.

washer and dryer is included in the apartment. Utilities include electricity. Cable and internet if interested.
