Havelock High School will host the ACC All-Star Barnstorming Tour on
Wednesday, April 23 at 7:30 in the HHS gym. ACC players like Quentin
Thomas from UNC, DeMarcus Nelson from Duke, Cliff Hammonds from
Clemson,
Gavin Grant from NC State and others will be taking on a team composed
of former area high school greats including: Dexter Williams, Anthony
Hayes, Scotty Walker, Will Kenon, Sterling Phillips, Faron Rucker, Jack
Garrison, Antwan Scott, Ledel George, Waldo Richards, Matt Bello, Jurek
Brown, Marcus Blango, Darrien Ince, and Gordon Webster.
There will be a 3 Point Contest, a Slam Dunk Contest and an autograph
session after the game. Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the
door. VIP tickets that include a pizza reception with the players after
the game are $25.00. Call Havelock High School you-ppll for ticket
