^ that's what i was thinking. there's been a bunch of those lately. or maybe write about how nobody reads them

You should throw random quips in the paper about "by reading this paper, the professor, hereby must agree to give me an A"

i know eulas are probably offered online for its respective software, but when installing software if you could actually see the eula in full screen and not in some un-resizable box, then more people would probably read. i have tried several times to read a eula, while in installing software, however not being in full screen mode just turned me off.

EULA is for end-users, GPL is for software developers
