I was planting some things in the yard last weekend and found what looks to be termites under a rock. I put hardwood mulch down last year and they're eating it.

Can anyone recommend a pest control company to use in Raleigh? Are Terminex and Orkin pretty much the same as far as cost and quality are concerned? Would I be better off going with a local company like Smith Exterminating? I think they did my original pest inspection when I purchased the house.
