party aside, what this man did is a terrible act. There is no room for an individual like this operating a law enforcement entity or being the highest constitutionally elected official in a county. It doesn't matter if the individual is a Democrat or a Republican, if he commits acts such as this, he is at odds with the core principals of both parties.

He needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
