For starters I have a Solar Yello 2002 IS300.

I recently developed a problem with the paint on my factory spoiler where water got under the clear coat. I hate the way it looks and its started to get worse. I assume that I am going to have to have the clear coat stripped off and redone. I also have a few stone chips I want touched up. (I do not intend to have the car repainted).

What shops do you recommend? If someone on TWW wants to make some extra cash by doing this, let me know. I will be taking my car to True2Form this week to get an estimate, but I have no idea how much this should cost.

well the problem is that if you take your car to a shop to get the paint chips fixed, they will tell you they have to repaint the whole bumper, and then they will have to blend it with your hood/fenders.

and with a color like that, the differences might just stand out. if you absolutely have/want to, then go ahead with the paint chips. but if you can live with them. then IMO dont worry about them, unless they are pretty noticeable.

and the spoiler really shouldnt be much money.
