would a REI employee like to get me a discount on these? please? i don't WANT to spend $30/pair...i can't believe they're so ridiculously expensive

ebay doesn't have the size i need (at least not any cheaper than i can just buy them locally)...yes, i'm whining and complaining, and yes, i'll just end up paying for them anyway, but it's worth a shot

ebay doesnt have em, eh....... what size do you need? i usually can find anything for like 2/3 retail on froogle.
