you can wash your car anytime you want.

you, however, may not wash your car until the restriction lifts

car wash out near where Hillsborough/Western meet Jones Franklin before you get to wolf creek apartments.

I've seen people washing their cars there lately, I'm pretty sure there is an exemption for businesses that depend on the use of water to turn a profit.

unless you go to a self car wash in which case you can wash away.

isn't there like a bunkey's or something somewhere. oh n--- there's an american pride off of old wake forest like near where miami subs used to be (i don't think that still exists). like right down from costco going downtown.
