could use either size, have both bays in my PC. But I ordered one off of Tigerdirect.

I got a 400GB internal off Tigerdirect for 89. Works for me.

ah yeah, this would have been for a laptop not slim external. I scanned it with hitachi's utility and it turned out fine.
