I have photoshop CS3. When I change the direction of the drop shadow in one layer, it automatically changes all the drop shadows in each layer to go in the same direction. This sucks because I'm trying to give the illusion of a central light source casting shadows. Can I turn this automatic feature off?

OK, never mind, I figured out that I have to un-check "global light" in the drop shadow settings.

I also thought about doing something like duplicating the image, put it in black, gaussian blur, transparent, and transforming x/y till it's the way you want it.
