my experience has been that once you reach all the big ones: 10, 13, 16, 18, 21....it seems there is nothing else to look forward to...

21-24 are sorta like reliving your teen years....it's awkward...you're becoming so much more self aware....you're in a huge decision making period in life....you're coping with not being a kid anymore but not exactly being a grown up since you're probably still in school...

then you hit 25...and it's like BAM!....like you run into a big wall...you realize you're an adult...you're independent...you, and only you, make the decisions that can make or break your life....

you can either mope in the fact that you'll never been a kid again and dread growing old....or you can embrace it and enjoy the new found realization that life doesn't stop after college...

you can still party (in moderation) and actually have money to do it....you can afford all those things you used to have to beg your parents for or bust your ass at your part time job for....you don't have to have 6 part time jobs unless you want to...your dating pool is much larger because you can get away with much younger and much older people....and on and on and on...

in other words....give it a few months....life will be good once again

well...i'm definitely speaking in generalities...

the age will vary some for everybody...but i think it's still relatively the same unless it's one of those "had to grow up young for horrible reasons" type things...

but yeah....tell me all about it!
