I got it a month ago and it is updated to the latest WM6 and with no scratches whatsoever. I'll include two standard thin batteries and one extended battery with the cover. That's total of 3 batteries. This is a picture of the phone model and not the actual phone but the actual phone is completely like new with the screen protector. ZERO scratches. It also has at&t mark instead of cingular but it is unlocked and you can use it with any cellular service. On ebay, a mint condition unlocked blackjack goes for about $150 + shipping. http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=blackjack+unlockedEnds on saturday. PM to come and take a look.

Not compatible with Verizon since Verizon uses CDMA. This is a GSM phone.I'm also including two extra screen protectors. standing at $160 at the moment.

OK, got an offer from a friend for $170. I don't think anyone here is going to go higher than that so consider this thread closed. He will pick it up in 3 weeks so I'll update if that falls through or something. Thanks, guys.
