i'm in 252 (Major American Writers) with anderson and it's pretty easy. not as much reading as i expected. most of the things we read are fairly short. three papers. midterm and final. few short one-page response papers that are easy. one class facilitation that isn't bad (not like a presentation or anything, just get the discussion started for that day). grades fair and pretty easy. i'm averaging around an A- right now

i have 208 with Bateman right now and he is teaching it over the summer too. No papers, just 4 tests. We go over 1or 2 short stories a day, so be prepared for that everyday.

no papers = easy. The tests have a bunch of multiple choice about the stories. There are a couple quote ID questions, a list or two to memorize, and some short answer.
