3/16/2008 9:40:51 PM
i was planning on going to one session... had no idea it'd be so expensive.
3/16/2008 9:56:18 PM
is there a practice schedule anywhere?
3/16/2008 10:08:40 PM
unless your team is there going to the tournament on leisure is preetty stupid. you will miss 75% of the games.
3/16/2008 10:17:30 PM
yeah man...it's like why tailgate before football...you're missing like 30 games!!!
3/16/2008 10:24:30 PM
okay Earl
3/16/2008 10:24:52 PM
^^thats different because tailgating is part of the preparation to cheer on your team. if you were tailgating at alabama simply because you are a college football fan then it is counter intuitive because at the same time you are missing key games so are you really a fan of the sport if you're willing to miss the majority of the games completely just to see one in person?

3/17/2008 8:20:08 AM
I think they sell tickets for the round, not the individual games.
3/17/2008 8:38:46 AM

3/17/2008 11:21:47 AM
Face value is $55 for each 2-game session (2 session Friday, 1 session Sunday).
3/17/2008 11:24:49 AM
well i'll go to session 1
3/17/2008 12:02:19 PM
WHEN IS PRACTICE SESSIONS????
3/17/2008 12:15:34 PM
if you've ever been to a tourney game, you'll know that if you want to see ONE game...don't buy tickets. go to the stadium several hours before and you'll get much better deals on single game tickets as most people don't watch every single game.
3/17/2008 12:50:52 PM
im thinking about going up on friday morning at like 11am
3/17/2008 2:00:46 PM

3/17/2008 4:39:46 PM

3/17/2008 8:47:50 PM
I had an extra ticket to all the sessions but I just sold the 3 to friends. I hope it will be nice enough to tailgate in the RBC center parking lot between the 2 sessions on Friday.
3/17/2008 9:32:25 PM
For these games, do the people that buy tickets get a book/pass or tickets to each individual game or to each session?I want to see the Davidson/Gonzaga game but Im not forking out extra to see GTown or UNC win by 30.
3/18/2008 2:20:06 AM
You get one ticket for each session (Afternoon/Night). So if you wanted to see Zaga/Davidson, GU/UMBC would be in the same session so the same ticket would work for both (you wouldn't be shelling out any extra money).
3/18/2008 6:12:56 AM
^ what he saidi'll be in 333... at least its in the arena bought them on the rbc website maybe 3 months ago.
3/18/2008 7:11:54 AM
Wow people on Craiglist asking like $125 for just the afternoon session?Man I wanted to just see the Davidson/Gonzaga game and thought maybe I could get those cheap. Anyone got any they want to sell for just this game?
3/19/2008 12:48:50 PM
is the $55 face value just for the 300 level?whats face for the lower levels?
3/19/2008 1:56:07 PM
i got two for sundayhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=130207600935&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=003
3/19/2008 5:57:54 PM
AFAIK, there's no such thing as selling tickets to one specific game in conference and NCAA tournaments like you are talking about Its a session, which is usually two games. The only way it does it exist is possibly for families to sit behind the bench or something
3/19/2008 6:00:14 PM
$55 is the face value for the lower level as well. At least it is for Section 123 where my tickets are.
