I was looking at some PE classes for next semester, and some of them say "arrang," which I thought meant you take online?

"Arrang" classes with a section number ranging from 000-199 are covered by standard tuition rates (on campus tuition)"Arrang" classes with a section number in the 600's are covered by the Distance Education department's own tuition rates which are additional to the tuition charged by the university. Thats one more thing to consider.

doesn't always mean it's online. i had fitness walking this semester and it said "arrang." meant that the class only met for half a semester. met twice as many minutes per week, but we were done with the class the week before spring break. it's pretty cool.

it means there's no set time for the class to meet yet but the time will be arranged at an undetermined time in the future

it's a fitness walking class. i remembered a friend saying he took a PE course online, and i'm thinking maybe it's the same thing.

just when you thought the laziest PE class ever offered couldn't get any lazier...

casummer and I had the same situation. In my case I had arranged for an orienteering class that ended just before spring break this semester. The class meets twice as long as a normal PE class but finishes halfway through the semester. Even got my final grade (an A) before the drop date for you slackers out there who are too fat or lazy to get a decent grade.
