I feel way behind on the curve here, and I tried a TWW search but couldn't find anything posted after 2006 on the subject (unless I'm searching for the wrong topics)Anyway, what are some of the best free RSS readers out there? Basically there are about 10 or 15 sites that have podcasts I would like to regularly download when new ones are posted. It's my understanding that by subscribing to the RSS feeds they provide, my reader would automatically download new podcasts as they are released. I could then transfer those to my iPod.I don't use iTunes because I am at work, but I use YamiPod to get songs on my iPod without having to resync and lose everything currently on there. So what program is free, and can accomplish that simple task? It would save a lot of time instead of going to every single website to check and see if they've updated anything.

i would just use itunes if that's all you're going to be doing with RSS/Podcasts

That's what I meant in my original post. I cannot use iTunes since my iPod is synced up to my computer at home. If I installed and used iTunes at work, it would erase all current music on my iPod. That's why I'm using YamiPod instead of iTunes.
