I have a room in a 4 bdr, 2 ba town house in Hunters Creek off Kaplan Dr (small walk from wolfline and smaller walk from CAT bus). I am looking to sublease from early May (after the end of the semester) until mid-July when my lease expires. You may be able to renew the lease with the guys living there if you like them. The other three guys are all electrical engineers/computer science and very agreeable to live with. Rent would be 255/month + utilities, and I would be willing to negotiate.
