catch the shuttle to the airport at 8:30 this morning
arrive at my front door in Asheville after 12:00PM

I just got home from my 2:45 class and I'm feeling pretty good
I think I'll drink and cook dinner

JFK to Narita (Japan) fucking LOOOOONG flight

18 hours, that was brutal (and i had to take a flight before and after that and take 2 seprate 3 hour bus rides, sucked very much bad)

I flew from RDU to LA. LA to Sydney. Sydney was too foggy, so we were rerouted to Brisbane. Brisbane to Sydney. Sydney to Perth.

Grand total of 30 hours.

the de gaulle (sp?) airport is pretty neat

the last time i was there though, they had it on lockdown because of a strike and there were army men patrolling with machine guns- they were still really nice to us (although the overnight bus ride to frankfurt sucked, but at least we were able to come home)
