My boss is 65. I want his senile ass to retire but I get this feeling that he'll be here till he either a) his heart stops or b) he can't drive himself to work anymore.

Just out of curiosity, but can the state of North Carolina make employees retire once they hit that ripe age?

age discrimination, anyone?

a couple things, though. I think it depends on where you work - private vs. for the state.
And it also depends if he is truly senile or getting there, or if he's just a cranky old man
