I think it's confidence.

Common fucking sense.

This can be manifested through wisdom, intelligence, experience, or sound reasoning...

Other things are important too, but there are plenty of "smart" people out there who lack common sense. It keeps people from making extremely poor life choices, financial choices, health and dietary choices, etc.

People who have enough sense to keep a balanced checkbook and not to eat fast food all the time get the boost in the ratings for sexy time.

Have you heard all the women on TWW bitching about their credit card debt?

I'm talking about people who make poor choices like "Well I want this now but I can't afford it, so i'll just use money I don't have to buy it!" I understand carrying a balance occasionally when money gets tight or you have emergency expenses, but it seems like there's plenty of people out there who just spend and put shit on their credit card without really thinking about the consequences. It also seems like they're usually buying stuff they don't need (more consumer items instead of essentials like food or gas or paying the electric bill or something).

Most people out there probably don't balance their checkbooks now either. Probably just use the debit card their bank offers since it's often free to get these days.

Yeah, I know way too many girls who graduated college and still owed tons of money on clothes that don't even fit anymore.

sense of humor.

And the laugh. Some girls just have such a beautiful laugh it brightens my day just hearing it. I know that sounds gay but whatever.

For an example of what I consider a great laugh, see Rachel McAdams laugh during her older sister's wedding.

I actually prefer girls not to be smart

not like retarded, but not smart enough to craft any complex string of thoughts together that might result in me being proved wrong

she has to be able to have a discerning ear for humor tho

Because I say a lot of funny shit and I expect her to laugh

but then when the bitch laughs every 5 second in a shitty movie like Semi pro, I know its time to move on

i don't see how honesty is attractive.

i'd say that a good sense of humor and the way the girl carries herself (i.e. cool, composed, etc) are attractive

Thats a fucking lie. Women want to hear what they want to hear. They only say they want their men to be "honest" so they can comfortably lie to themselves.

thanks for throwing a blanket statement over all women. We're not all insecure and only want to hear what we want to hear.

how can you be attracted to "honesty?"

You generally don't find out if a person is honest until you've already past the honeymoon phase of a relationship.

unless you're really really close friends with them first, which would indicate that you only date people that were BFFs.

nope not at all actually, I just enjoy calling people out on bullshit (and can appreciate a good call-out myself)

I just find that most women* don't appreciate honesty as much as they say they would. To be sure, they don't want to be made to look like a fool, but any man knows that when they ask your opinion about them, they don't actually want the truth. They want you to tell a pleasant lie that reinforces the image they're forever trying to project on the world.

I know of a few women who defy this stereotype, but not many.

Men do it too, just not en-masse.

*most not all mind you, I'm sure StillFusicha isn't one of them, lets head that one off at the pass.
