I tool ARE 201 a year ago. It was easy. The only time I studies for this class was only the nights before the exams.Ok, ARE 201 had nothing to do with Agricultural stuff, just regular micro eco class.[Edited on March 7, 2008 at 2:19 AM. Reason : ;]

i took ec205, and my buddy was taking are201 the same semester and he had much less work, and ended up getting an A+ and I got a B.I would take are201 because he said it was a joke.

Alright, I think I'm gonna go with Are 201, but I'm gonna check to see if ec 205 has a lab or not too. Thanks!

i took ARE215 online over the summer, and it was a cake class. i walked away with an A- and i'm definitely not an A student.i'm not sure what ARE201 is, but if it's anything like ARE215, then i'd say it's a safe bet.[Edited on March 10, 2008 at 2:49 AM. Reason : x]

For EC 205, if you're taking the ~400 person class with Hyman, you will have a lab. Any other section and you will not.Basically EC 205 with Hyman is free time to sleep/not even show up, and still make an A. I think he has a TA take attendance, but I'm not sure what it counts towards. In the 50 minute lab section, you basically have the TA review concepts at a blackboard. If you have trouble reading graphs/applying common sense, or don't know the exact terminology, this is a good time to grasp those concepts. Once you have, feel free to take a nap through this, too.

i had are 201 and my roommate hade ec 205. mine was much easier. you might talk about a little bit of applications of the material to agriculture, but it's still a joke. easiest class i've had so far at state. just show up, take notes, read over them before the tests, and ace them. no homework or anything for the guy i took it with (some random grad student).
