There never was an official E.L.F. website...

but I suppose that's really only a technicality in that it had no official organization structure. Anyways, this might just be the domain owner turning a defunct domain to profit. Notice that they're selling the domain. It's possible their service decided to sell it out from under them now that most of the people involved in public face of the non-organization have been arrested.
