wow neatin case you didnt, here's how (at least in firefox)http://www.google.com|http://www.merriam-webster.com/cgi-bin/mwwod.pl|http://www.gmail.comjust put a | between each one, and it will open up all the tabs whenever you open firefoxok just checked IE and you can just put each one on a new line there. wow i like that, there are lots of pages ive always wanted to add but GOOGLE MEANS TOO MUCH TO MEi'm happy. ok lets make this thread somewhat worthwhile if possible: have you realized anything obvious about your computer lately that you never knew?

or ask questions to stuff where you're pretty sure the answer is easyin firefox, Tools has the T underlined, so you can hit ALT+T and open that upthen under that, Options has the O underlined, so you can hit ALT+O to open thatso if you hold ALT and hit T, then O = it opens the options upbut since each letter is only underlined once no matter what menu (from what i can tell and from what i remember about menu making in vb) ... ...is there a way to skip straight to the ALT+O thing? with shift or CTRL or something?---amac i will have the opt-out list tomorrow night probably. i will add you and your friends then so you dont have to be angry. ok]

yeah its definitely neat, and with as much as i play with [and fix ] computers... i'm surprised that i didn't know this. i guess i never cared enough to check. i only found out cause i noticed you could click "Use Current Pages" and i was like omg no way!!1 and i did it and it put that | between each one. and there you have itim just adding the couple of things that i need to remember to do each time i surf the web. have google , the gmail that i always forget, and the hosting stats for some of my sites to make sure the users are erasing their huge emails. cause this particular domain has 200mb and its at 208, and the owner will have to pay if i let it fill up!!1]

Is it Opera that has that really cool 'favorites' homepage? You basically add pages as little preview blocks on one main page, I wish other browsers would adopt it

OK, I have a question. It's not internet-related, but I hope that's OK.On my work computer, whenever I open a Word document and I don't already have one open, it opens really small where only 1/4 or so of a page is showing. Is there any way to get them to default to opening bigger?
3/4/2008 1:46:11 PM
^ yeah, but I cant remember how...
3/4/2008 2:16:49 PM
Thanks, sort of

^^^ I'm pretty sure it defaults to whatever size you last had open, when you closed the program. That's how it is for Office '07.

firefox tab switcher (just found this a week or so ago)CTRL+tab. Makes perfect sense now...^? yea, it should reopen the size it was last closed at (open word, maximize, close, then try again.) However they may have some sort of registry shield in place where every night it resets to the original install (which may have not been maximized).
