That's nothing compared to some of the stories I've heard from guys back from iraq. Kids being thrown off of buildings by US soldiers, brutal assaults for no reason, rape, etc.

I hate to break it to you guys, but there are plenty of twisted fucks in our army. It takes a certain kind of person to do what they do, some of them are very brave, honorable men, some of them are sickos. The other thing is, being in the situations they are in daily warps the mind, just listen to some vietnam vets if you don't want to believe it. Seeing killing on a daily basis does things to a person. What they did in that video is horrible, but it's hardly a new phenomenon.

Wouldn't surprise me if the video is fake, wouldn't surprise me if it was real either though.

That's what I'm going to go with, even though I won't watch the video. I also found reports of Iraqi kids who threw a donkey off a bridge and a Peruvian soldiers who do...messed up shit to dogs as a rite of passage.

^I agree, some soldiers do some messed up shit over there because they went crazy, or were crazy to begin with I guess. Friend of a friend got sent back home because of some stuff he did after his best friend got killed right in front of him.

I gotta say, people that go over there and do sick shit like this, and some of the things posted above, they don't deserve to be able to come back to the states. They should be left over there. But that's just my opinion. We have enough crazy people in the states as it is.

1) yeah.....so?

2) marines are bored over there, they do all sorts of shit to pass the time. there is a site my dad checks on that has a lot of videos the soldiers put up. some are airstrikes, some are gunfights, some are marines sledding down a hill in a garbage can.

3) tr00, but that doesn't mean that this video is not a fake just because bad stuff happens some of the time.
