I'd be careful buying it at a deep discount placeIt's one thing if you buy some fucked up jeans...its another if your suitcase breaks open on the tarmacMost department stores at the mall usually have a pretty good selectionand at least one of them will have a sale at any given time

if you buy samsonite and shit breaks due to wear and tear, they'll fix it for you at one of their licensed retailers for freeits not "nice" luggage or anything, but its pretty durable and quality for the price.

3/3/2008 10:45:50 AM
for checked luggage, it doesn't matter. For carry-ons, yeah. 1qt zippy bag, with, at most, 3 4oz containers.]

When the lines are long they ask you to pull that out first so a TSA guard can check it even before you go through the metal detectors. So have it in your hand or in an outside pocket.[Edited on March 3, 2008 at 10:47 AM. Reason : Y'all are too quick]

i got dinged for having 2 4.2 oz jars of hair product oncethey didnt buy the "well more than 0.2 ozs has been used" scheme.
3/3/2008 10:57:52 AM
I would stick with a brand that is predominantly a luggage company and not some designer sounding brand. Stay away from brands like Kenneth Cole or Pierre Cardin. You're going to get cheap Chinese shit that has a designer nameplate stuck to it.
