Lynx or links will get you around. I'm replying from one or the other right now, however, they are very awkward to use on TWW.

IF you want to use the site at work, try http://www.brentroad.com
However, if this still doesn't work, try using atunnel witn PuTTY set to dynamic, and set your prxy to 127.0.0.1, whtever port you specidy.
ONce youdo this, you can surf anywher without priblesm
