Rent includes high speed internet, cable, local phone, and water. Power bill is split evenly among the roommates (usually $25- $40 per person). Deposit is one month’s rent. On the Wolfline and CAT line, in Hunter’s Creek. Easy walk to Kentwood park, which has a frisbee golf course and tennis courts.

The room is approx 11x10 and is available now. The lease is flexible. There is no set term, but we require two months notice before you move out. Deposit is one month's rent.

There are 2 roomates there now – 1 M/ 1 F, and 1 dog (retriever mix). All are laid back, not messy, and non-smokers. The open room is on the 2nd floor, along with my brother Alex’s room. Bryson (the dog) stays on the 1st floor, where he lives with owner Elizabeth.
