as far as a note is concerned, if I slightly hit someone's car when they aren't around and there's no damage, not even a paint scratch, then I'll go on my way, because nothing happened. ha, a couple years ago I had someone do about $3500 dollar bucks worth of damage to mine in the lot by the tunnel over near Riddick Hall. It was dark and I didn't see it until I got back to wolf village and saw that half of the passenger side was fucked up.
