I am looking for someone to sub lease my apartment for the up coming summer. There will be 3 other male roommates who are nice and easy to get along with. The apartment will be available from early May until middle August. I will rent out the room for $300 including utilities. My roommates will be gone for most of the summer, so you will have the 4 room apartment to yourself for most of the time. If you would like to meet the other roommates I will set up a time everyone can to meet. The rent is discounted $160 because I must pay rent at another location during the summer. University House is an awesome place to live!

There is a shuttle that runs to campus every 15 minutes. Great for summer school.

Ha, i like how you made it sound so f*@#ing good! this is my 3rd year here at UH (now know as campus crossing) and i must say, i have never heard someone speak so highly about it. For $300 its not bad, you have got to be eating the remain charges from UH, nothing from UH is cheap. Some things you may want to clearify -

Washers and Dryers are small and they suck.
High speed internet is controlled on with a very narrow bandwidth
Alarms are now completely useless bc campus crossing (new management) doesnt pay for the security to monitor them.
The "state-of-the-art" fitness center is anything but. the Hoist Bench press has been broken for months, one of the tread mills is still busted, and not to mention it is the size of a shoe box.
The shuttle runs only every 30 mins during the summer which can be a pain in the a$$.

Over all, its not all its cracked up to be.
