look, the short of it is that america blows

the vast majority are spoiled, ungrateful, and whiny bitches

when you realize at middle age that you've wasted your life trying to buy the newest toys or drive the hottest car or bang the super model, you decide you're doing the world a favor by ending it all

is anyone really surprised by this? i wonder which countries have a higher suicide rate than ours

I wonder if people who commit suicide and don't leave notes ever do so because the truth would just cause more pain.

The dad in the story could've been thinking "I hate my job, I'm stuck in a loveless marriage, and I don't see a way out without wrecking my finances in a divorce." I wouldn't want to write that down that'd devastate the kids and the wife would feel bitter and guilty.
