Look, if after a successful slave revolt in Haiti, they compensated foreign slave owners then why shouldn't Cuba be expected to compensate foreign owners of expropriated cars, houses, factories, and farms? It doesn't take much, just pay 10% of a low estimated 1960 value to the U.S. government, let them work out who gets it.
